You still may get hummers yet. They like purple and red flowers, especially. Once they know you're there, they'll come back. I didn't have a lot last summer until late in August, when they were coming by in their migratory journey. Now, they're here every day.

Is that an oriole? I have yet to get any hummingbirds yet. I moved my feeder closer to some wildflowers, but still no takers. :(

That is an oriole. I am more excited when orioles visit my feeder than hummingbirds. :)
